How does chauffeur service work?
The car and driver are reserved for you for the period you choose (hourly or daily). You tell us your programme; the scope and fare are confirmed in a written quote.
How can I find out the price?
Send the service type, pick-up point, date, time, number of passengers and, if relevant, the duration through the form or WhatsApp; after an availability check we send a written quote.
When is my booking confirmed?
When you accept the quote and vehicle availability has been confirmed in writing. Submitting the form alone does not mean a booking.
How will I be met at the airport?
The meeting point and your chauffeur's contact details are sent with the booking confirmation. If you share your flight number, the meet & greet is planned around your landing time.
Can I get a corporate invoice?
Yes. Invoice details are collected at the quote stage and the terms are confirmed in writing.
What size of group do you serve?
A Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP is used for small groups and a Sprinter for larger ones. For bigger groups, more than one vehicle is planned, depending on availability.
Do you go on tours outside the city?
Yes. Day trips from Izmir such as Ephesus–Şirince, Çeşme–Alaçatı, Foça and Bergama (Pergamon) can be planned.
Does the driver act as a guide?
Our quote covers chauffeur-driven transport. If you would like professional commentary, you can arrange a licensed guide separately.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. State the child's age in your request. Availability is confirmed when we send the quote.
Can I cancel or make changes?
Cancellation and change terms are written in the quote. We recommend telling us about any changes as early as possible.
